These writing assignments are thought provoking questions which will require transprancy & honesty with SELF. Some questions that may be a bit too personal feel free to answer them in a personal journey. The goal is to get your mind moving daily. Answers are CONFIDENTIAL if you do decide to submit and if wanted to use “to show the class” as an example I will ask your permission first.

There will be a WRITING ASSIGNMENTS section on the website in case you miss a day. Be sure to include the QUESTION in the email that you respond with.

I will be going LIVE on Fridays at 12:45pm will be on about 5-10 minutes giving updates then pulling from the raffle. If you miss the LIVE be sure to check on when you can.
