With more than 25 years of experience in music, performance, event coordination, and creative media, Poetiic is a multifaceted creative entrepreneur whose career has been rooted in artistic expression, community, and the advancement of independent talent. A seasoned hip-hop, R&B, and neo-soul artist, singer, lyricist, poet, and performer, Poetiic has graced stages both nationally and internationally, sharing the stage with acclaimed artists including Lloyd, Dru Hill, Sy Ari Da Kid, Mýa, and others.

While performance helped establish Poetiic's presence in the entertainment industry, a passion for creating opportunities, developing talent, and building platforms has continued to shape the vision behind the brand. With experience coordinating events across California and Ohio, Poetiic has developed a multifaceted understanding of entertainment, from the creative process and live production to promotion, branding, and audience engagement.

A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Poetiic earned a degree in Journalism with a minor in General Communications. This educational foundation, combined with hands-on industry experience, paved the way for a career that bridges storytelling, visual creativity, media, and entrepreneurship. These skills are reflected in Poetiic University, an independent media and creative platform featuring both print and digital magazine publication, alongside a broader vision to expand opportunities in entertainment, education, and artist development.

In February 2026, Poetiic expanded that vision with the launch of LCD Management — Loyal. Consistent. Disciplined. Built on the belief that talent requires more than opportunity alone, LCD Management focuses on supporting artists and creatives through intentional management, professional development, and strategic career growth. Its first signees were Dayton, Ohio-based dancer and choreographer TayDan and lyricist, poet, and DJ The Bars Kid.

Today, Poetiic is intentionally transitioning toward a more behind-the-scenes role, channeling decades of experience into artist management, creative direction, media production, brand development, and the creation of sustainable opportunities for emerging talent. This evolution is not a departure from artistry, but an expansion of it — moving from simply occupying stages to helping create them, from telling personal stories to amplifying the stories of others, and from building a career to building a legacy.

Through Poetiic University and LCD Management, Poetiic continues to champion creativity, intentional growth, and independent artistry, with a mission to empower the next generation of creatives to develop their gifts, strengthen their brands, and build lasting careers in the entertainment industry.
