Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, TayDan is a dancer, choreographer, performer, and dance instructor whose artistry is rooted in confidence, mindfulness, and independence. Beginning her dance journey at just seven years old, she has spent years developing a style influenced by icons such as Ciara and Janet Jackson, while cultivating a voice and movement style uniquely her own.
TayDan’s mission is to create art that leaves a lasting mark on every dancer, creative, and audience member who experiences it. Her choreography blends technique, personality, vulnerability, and storytelling, transforming movement into an experience that captivates both the eye and the heart.
What sets TayDan apart is her raw vulnerability and deep commitment to connecting with her audience. She doesn't simply perform choreography—she creates moments that invite people to feel, connect, and remember.
Throughout her journey, TayDan has shared the stage with and choreographed for local artists and creatives including Poetiic, The Bars Kid, Ric Sexton, Vanae Iesha, Candy Barz, Peso (Forever Set), Rob Niro, RUDE Burlesque, and more.
