This is your chance to express yourself, connect with others, and be part of a supportive community. Not only will we have performances, but we’re also offering space for youth vendors to share their creativity with the world.
Our mission is to create safe spaces where young people can come together, build, and inspire one another.

Poetiic University is launching LIT ACADEMY, a program designed to give our youth a safe, empowering space to express themselves. Through quarterly talent showcases, team-building activities, workshops, and hands-on entrepreneur opportunities, we are helping young people build confidence, leadership skills, adn community.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring platform for young artists across the Midwest to showcase their talents. Through our quarterly Youth Showcase, we aim to uplift and celebrate the creativity of poets, singers, dancers, fashion designers, models, rappers, comedians, artists, and hosts. Beyond the stage, we foster a welcoming community through workshops, gatherings, and fundraisers—ensuring that every young performer has a space to grow, express, and shine.

This program nurtures the ability to articulate thoughts and emotions in a constructive manner, fostering personal growth, self - confidence, and community connection. By offering a secure environment where creativity thrives and negativity is actively countered, LIT ACADEMY paves the way for young individuals to harness their inner voice, engage meaningfully with others, and contribute to a more compassionate, vibrant society.

LIT Academy is excited to offer select performers an exclusive opportunity to win FREE STUDIO TIME. Through a series of engaging challenges and performances a few standout artists will be chosen to access professional recording facilities, enabling them to refine their craft and elevate their musical projects.
At LIT Academy, we are dedicated to giving every youth participant maximum exposure to help them build their personal brand and network within the creative community. We'll capture every aspect of their journey-- from dynamic rehearsals and interactive workshops to team-building activities and the actual Showcase-- ensuring that each moment is documented. Through these integrated exposure opportunities, LIT Academy empowers young talent to shine both on stage and off.
At LIT Academy, we believe every young person has a unique story worth sharing. As part of our program, participants will have the opportunity to create their own biography. Through interactive workshops and mentorship sessions, youth will learn how to articulate their experiences and express their individuality in a compelling, sound-focused format.
